it is reasonably priced. this apartment is an excellent place for staying in dubrovnik. 10 minutes' walk to downtown. although the street was noisy and that caused inconvenience, location was so great, easy to get to. we appreciated pleasant staff and owner.

I just had the best time at Apartments Franka Old Town in Dubrovnik! The value for money was excellent and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town with all the sights just a few steps away. The staff, especially Zlatko, were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Can't wait to book again!

Our stay at Franka Old Town in the heart of Dubrovnik was truly amazing. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Old Town and enjoy its charm. From the moment we arrived, Zlatko was incredibly kind and helpful, meeting us at the gate and guiding us to the apartment. He even went above and beyond by mailing us the eye glasses we had forgotten. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen where we could prepare meals with fresh produce from the nearby farmer's market. We also loved the convenience of having a pasta/pizza restaurant right underneath the apartment. our experience at Franka Old Town exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Dubrovnik. 🌟
